Belcorp Financial factors accounts receivable for small and medium size businesses. Factoring is the purchase by Belcorp Financial of some or all of your customer's invoices. The benefits of factoring include the immediate payment of cash for your invoices, continuous source of operating and working capital, improved cash flow, increased sales by offering extended credit terms to you customers, enhancement of credit rating, computer generated accounts receivable management reports, and reduced overhead costs. Invoices may be purchased daily, weekly, or on any other billing cycle. Belcorp will issue you a check or wire transfer funds to your bank immediately upon the purchase of your invoices. The amount of money paid to you at the time of purchase is the total value of all invoices presented, less Belcorp's discount fee and a reserve of about 20-25%. The reserve is immediately paid to you when payment of an invoice is received by Belcorp from your customer. The fees charged by Belcorp are tailored to the payment of invoices received from your customers. You may select a flat discount rate or a combination of interest at prime rate plus points and a service fee. Invoices purchased for a specific period of time, selected by you, have discount rates starting as low as 1%. Factoring accounts receivable is done on a recourse basis, which means that invoices not paid in the specified period of time, selected by you, will be charged back to your account. Confidential factoring is available, which means that your customers are not aware of Belcorp's involvement with the factoring of your invoices. Factoring of purchase orders is also available in specific cases. Included in the discount fee is the set-up cost of an accounts receivable system. Clients frequently receive aging schedules, listing of invoices purchased, listing of cash received, faxed daily copies of checks received and other reports provided by the A/R system, at no additional charge. Belcorp requests that clients intend to factor receivables for a minimum of six months. If you are interested in selling (factoring) your invoices, please go to About Belcorp Financial and review additional financing criteria and then go to Your Financial Needs and complete the information requested. |
